Summary

Every record in docs/decisions/ now states only its current decision, in MADR 4.0.0 form. Git holds the history.

History folded in: each "Amended" block, status label, and Tracking: line is gone, and its rule is now part of the body.
Four merges: 0031 into 0006, 0033 into 0032, 0040 into 0023, and 0043 into 0019. Each higher record stays as a short record with the status superseded by ADR-NNNN, so no number changes and every existing citation stays valid (ADR 0034).
References follow ADR 0037: full repo paths, and no function names, test names, line numbers, or counts of code.
New rules: docs link a record and never restate its rule (ADR 0023). A removal needs the forge's proof that its default branch holds the commits (ADR 0029). Only the first push into an empty repo writes to the default branch (ADR 0006). madtea has no GitHub copy of its source (ADR 0032).
The GitHub source-sync runbook is removed.
Citations of the four merged records point at the record that holds each rule.
