records: fix references to files and tests that do not exist #652

What to change

Each item names something that does not exist in the repo.

0006 (L36, L118) and 0007 (L106) cite technical-choices.md in docs/architecture/. The file does not exist.
0009 (L95) cites a hook script that blocks AI attribution in commits as a madtea precedent. The repo never had that script.
0018 (L112-113) names TestDiagDriftGuard. The test that enforces the rule is TestNoInlineDiagnostics in internal/parity/diag_drift_test.go.
0022 (L130-131) names TestIssuesDelete_MultipleNumbers. The test does not exist.
0029 (L32) cites internal/mcp/tools_delete.go. The work that the record decided removed that file.
0029 (L135-136) says "see judgment note", but no section has that name.
0028 uses "hard gate", "score", and "train-grace rule" (L87-138) without saying what they are, and no record defines them.

Acceptance

Every file, test, and function that a record names exists.
Every term that a record uses is defined in that record.
adr check passes.
