Summary
This flips ADR 0056 to accepted. The decision is settled: internal/gitexec owns one run entry with an explicit per-stream disposition (capture, stream, or tee), and the five git helpers become thin wrappers. The design was recorded in the decision issue #806; the implementation is tracked in #808.
