Summary

Adds a top-level COPYRIGHT file: the marketplace catalog and repo scaffolding are copyright sixfold.space corp., all rights reserved, with no open-source grant. The vendored madtea plugin under plugins/madtea/ remains separately Apache-2.0 via its own LICENSE and NOTICE, which already travel with the artifact. README gains a short Copyright section pointing at both.
