 narrow madtea plugin metadata to hooks + skills; fix stale URLs 
Drop the version field from the manifest and the marketplace entry, so
update detection keys off this repo's commit hash. Rewrite the description
to a hooks-and-skills Claude Code plugin and drop the MCP-server and
cross-client claim. Repoint the README marketplace-add command and the
madtea link at git.cheshirecube.cloud/sixfold-space; the codeberg.org URLs
were dead.

Then install a plugin:
