Summary

I accept two proposed records:

  • ADR 0045: adr check reads only a Decision issues: list. Decision issue #634.
  • ADR 0057: repo topics are append-only on the first-class surfaces. Decision issue #815.

Each record's status moves from proposed to accepted and its date to 2026-10-20, and the index in docs/decisions/README.md matches. Both decision issues are closed with a comment that names the record and carries the assent token.

./scripts/gate.sh passes on this commit.
