Delete branch "feat/adr-git-runner-output-disposition"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Summary
This lands ADR 0056 as a proposed record. It records the plan to give internal/gitexec one run entry that owns output disposition (capture, stream, or tee per stream), so the five run helpers in internal/git stop each choosing their own stdout and stderr wiring. It follows the same one-chokepoint-plus-guard shape as ADR 0049 for the HTTP client and ADR 0018 for diagnostics.
The record stays proposed. It flips to accepted when the refactor lands and closes #806.
