Summary

I accept ADR 0053, the record of the gosec gate exclusions. The code landed in PR #751: G104 fixed and enforced, the dead G704 exclusion dropped, and G204, G301, G302, G304, G306 kept with corrected rationales. #717 is closed and names the record, so the decision is settled. This flips the status from proposed to accepted and updates the index row.
