Summary

Refs #546. ADR 0039 stays proposed; this makes its content accurate against
the live official sources (omp.sh/docs/mcp, can1357/oh-my-pi README,
mcp-schema.json, release notes), verified via web search 2026-09-21.

ADR changes:

  • More Information now carries dated citations and the profile layout.
  • Corrected option-3 assessment: omp's plugin/marketplace channel is
    documented and scriptable (.omp-plugin/marketplace.json, omp plugin
    install) — phase 2 is "publish through the documented channel," not
    "design a channel." Noted the manifest mcpServers REPLACES a plugin's
    default .mcp.json trap.
  • Documented the operational caveat: open omp sessions need /mcp reload.

Code change to keep the record true:

  • WirePi success output now prints the /mcp reload hint; new test pins it
    (printed on fresh wiring, absent on no-op and failure paths).

Gate: --fast PASS locally (all cheap checks incl. remote adr-check).
