Summary

Purge Codeberg from madtea's own references and generic sample-host fixtures, per ADR 0032 (cheshirecube = source, GitHub = distribution, madtea.lol = imports). Part of the madtea.lol migration (#380).

  • madtea's own prose (README, SECURITY, ci/releasing/setup guides) repointed by role: source to git.cheshirecube.cloud, distribution and TLS-trust to GitHub.
  • Generic sample-host codeberg.org in tests and code examples to the reserved example.com (example.org/.net where a test needs a second distinct host, e.g. whoami_checks_test.go to avoid the gitea.example.com substring collision).
  • ADR issue-link URLs refreshed to git.cheshirecube.cloud/sixfold-space; ADR decision text is immutable and untouched.

Left as-is (exempt): the Forgejo upstream image codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo:15, the third-party forgejo-cli link, the upstream Forgejo security link, CHANGELOG history, ADR body sample-host prose, and the internal test identifier codebergRepoNotFoundBody (a Forgejo generic-404 fixture name).

Gate green including parity and mcp-conformance.

Closes #384

Remove Codeberg from madtea's own references and generic sample-host
fixtures, per the boundary decision (ADR 0032: cheshirecube = source,
GitHub = distribution, madtea.lol = imports). Part of #380.

- madtea's own prose refs (README, SECURITY, ci/releasing/setup guides)
  repointed by role: source -> git.cheshirecube.cloud, distribution and
  TLS-trust -> GitHub.
- Generic sample-host codeberg.org in tests and code examples -> the
  reserved example.com (example.org/.net where a test needs a second
  distinct host).
- ADR issue-link URLs (codeberg.org/sixfold_space/...) refreshed to
  git.cheshirecube.cloud/sixfold-space/...; ADR decision text untouched.

The Forgejo upstream image codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo:15, the
third-party forgejo-cli link, the upstream Forgejo security link,
CHANGELOG history, and ADR body sample-host prose are left as-is.
