Summary
Answering "are our repos complete with descriptions and metadata?" previously required the raw API escape hatch and ~500 lines of raw JSON per repo. The formatted
repos list/repos searchoutput now includes the description after [stars, forks] with a visible "(no description)" marker. A new audit surface —repos list --check-metadata(CLI) / check_metadata=true (MCP) — flags repos missing description/topics/website with a per-repo missing-field breakdown. endpointSuggestions now catches /users/{user}/repos and /user/repos, steering to the first-class command (with the org-repos note that caused the original silent-[] confusion). Verified against live data that topics/website fields populate so the audit doesn't false-flag. COMPARISON row + regenerated reference docs. Full gate PASS.Closes #50
