What happens
Before I create and push a new remote, I want one call that answers "am I set up to do this?".
auth whoamireports identity and token scopes, but it does not map those scopes to the question I actually have: can I create a repo and push to it on the forge that this context resolves, right now. I infer readiness from partial scope output, which is guesswork.Fix
Add a readiness check: one call that reports whether the resolved forge can be reached and authenticated and has the scopes to create a repo and push, and that names the exact missing step when it cannot. ADR 0025 resolves that forge from origin, or from the session forge outside a repo. This can be a mode of the identity command, or a small
auth check.Acceptance criteria
