Summary

Add a README covering the full-URL tap command (required since the tap is on Codeberg, not GitHub), install/upgrade commands for the madtea cask, a note that casks are GoReleaser-generated, where to file issues, and a pointer to COPYRIGHT. Install flow verified end-to-end in a clean Ubuntu 24.04 container (brew tap + brew install --cask + madtea --version).
