The gap

Two orchestrate messages tell the caller to run raw git checkout <default> (internal/service/orchestrate/run.go:239 and :264). madt_switch (#867) now does that step without raw git.

What I want

Both messages name madt_switch(branch="<default>") on MCP and madtea switch <default> on the CLI.

Acceptance criteria

Neither message names raw git checkout.
A test covers each surface.

Depends on #867.
