What happens
The top-level
--helpdoes not show the full command list.repowas not visible on the first read; I found it only on a second look. So even listing the commands costs two reads before any real work.Fix
The top-level
--helpshould list every command, grouped if needed, or state plainly where the rest of the list lives. A caller should learn the full command set in one read. ADR 0008 already makes the CLI render its help from the operation registry, so the full command list is available to render in full.Acceptance criteria
--helplists every command, grouped if needed, or names where the rest of the list is.repoincluded, in one read.Related
