What happens

The site serves https://madtea.lol/docs/adr/0027-launch-scope-credential-boundary/ and returns 404 for /docs/decisions/0027-launch-scope-credential-boundary/. main moved the records to docs/decisions/ in bba01b38, so the site is built from an older tree.
https://madtea.lol/docs/contributing/ returns 404.
The home page and /docs/ have no link to the issue tracker or to CONTRIBUTING.md. The only path is the "source" link to the repo.
The README says the site "serves this repo's docs/ tree directly", which is not true today.

Ask

Rebuild the site from main, and keep it in step on each change.
Publish the contributing docs.
Add "Issues" and "Contributing" links to the site header or footer.

Acceptance

/docs/decisions/ pages resolve, and /docs/adr/ pages are gone or redirect.
/docs/contributing/ resolves.
