Extend the MCP conformance harness:

scripts/mcp-conformance.sh: prepare an ambiguous workspace (repo-less parent, two child repos with origins on different .invalid forges); pass it to harness.js.
conformance/mcp-client/harness.js: second server instance launched in that dir WITHOUT MADTEA_URL/MADTEA_TOKEN; a repo-less API call (e.g. madt_repos action=list) must fail with text matching /ambiguous forge/ and naming one of the hosts.

Depends on: T7 (the behavior it asserts).

Acceptance: ./scripts/mcp-conformance.sh exits 0 with the probe passing.
