Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
we need to remove user delete (and similar destructive commands) that would break a users gitea/forgejo/codeberg. we can't be careful with code and then reckless with infra
